GAME & LEAGUE FORMAT
Game & League Format
Games are scheduled for 75 minutes and consist of three 15-minute stop-time periods. All games are played 5v5 and are officiated by two USA Hockey referees, with one scorekeeper provided by the league. Playoffs are single-elimination.
The Tulsa Adult Hockey League offers multiple divisions to ensure appropriate competition. Players may participate in any division that matches their skill level:
Division 1: Highly skilled players, often with high school, college, or professional experience
Division 2: Intermediate-level players
Division 3: Experienced novice players
Division 4: Novice players
Division 5: Beginner players
TEAMS
The Tulsa Adult Hockey League includes more than 500 registered players from across the greater Green Country area. Whether you’ve played for years or are just getting started, the league is inclusive of all skill levels and focuses on maintaining parity within each division while keeping play fun and competitive.
